CA Vinay Kaushik, Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and proprietor of M/s Vinay Kaushik & Co. Prior to starting his practice he was associated with reputed industries and management consultants in senior positions. Vinay has obtained rich experience in almost every field of Industry and commerce like Direct and Indirect Taxation , Auditing - statutory/Concurrent/Internal/Information Systems Audits, Corporate Finance, NGO, Business Transformations, and systems Development activities. He handles all complex problems in above areas with equal ease but his core competency lies in understanding the client's requirement and providing value addition management consultancy services by Transformation of Business and in Setting up New Industry. He holds:
1) Diploma in Information Systems Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;
2) Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;
3) Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards from Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants;
4) Certificate in Concurrent Audit of Banks from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;
5) Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;
6) Certificate in Anti Money Laundering Laws ( Anti Money Laundering Specialist) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;
7) Certificate in COBIT® (2012-Found) Foundation, from APMG International (England);
8) Diploma in Export Management, from Indian Institute of Export Management, Bangalore; and
9) B. Com. from Meerut University.
KEY PERSONS
Mr. C.D. Kaushik, Retired Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I. He held key positions in Indian Army and Employees Provident Fund Organization, he has vast experience as office administrator at top level and trainer to E.P.F.O. employees at E.P.F.O. Zonal Training Center West Zone. His expertise is in the field of Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act and H R Development.
